In person
In the studio, you relax on a table or in a chair while soft harnesses rest on your head, wrists and ankles. Your practitioner runs the session from a laptop beside you, and you simply rest. Nothing is used on the skin, and most people don’t feel the signal at all.
Virtual
In a virtual session, you’re at home and your practitioner runs the session at a distance, talking with you over video. Our free Experiences are virtual, and so are many of our practitioners’ regular sessions. Many people are surprised by how relaxing a session can feel from their own couch.
What stays the same
- A few lifestyle questions to start
- Calibration and a short stress-response scan
- Relaxation and balancing programs chosen for you that day
- Notes and suggestions for what to focus on next
How to choose
If you’re near Springfield, Oregon, or coming to a training weekend, an in-person session is a lovely way to start. If you’re anywhere else, virtual is the easy way in, and it’s how most people first meet us.
Group sessions
Practitioners trained at the Specialist level can run consent-based family and group sessions, often virtually. It’s a popular way to share a session with the people you love.
